How to Make a Graph | Charts in Microsoft or MS Excel


Making Graph | Charts in Microsoft Excel is Essential part of any private or public organization employee. Nowadays employee needs many different functions and graphical representation for his or her sheet. Microsoft Excel 2010 is a crucial handy tool for them which have capabilities to create different functions and Graph | Charts instantly.

Here are some basic steps you need to follow:

Step 1: Open MS Excel 2010 > “Browse through your start menu than go for Microsoft office, select Microsoft Excel.”
Step 2: Let me Walk you through one example so you can get clear idea about is: Put  this data in cell A1 “color”, now type 7 color name from cell A2 to A8 (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet ). Type intensity in B1 cell, add intensity ratio from cell B2 TO B8 (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Medium, High and Very High)  
Step 3: Put your cursor or mouse pointer on a cell contained data table. If you will not put on cell than the chart option will not enable to you.
Step 4: Now Select > Insert menu click on the down arrow under the column option in the Charts Section.
Step 5: Select the chart option under >‘3-D Column’. You will see new graph appear in your sheet. Showing color intensity of seven different color. 
Step 6: Selecting the corner of graph you can actually change the size of it, Also you can drag it around your work-sheet.
Useful Guideline:
You can change type and series of chart by selecting and right clicking on it. Find out which will appropriate to you, you can walk through different chart option like column chart, Pie chart, Corn chart etc. You can choose chart layout from > design tab and clicking on >change chart type ...its done....enjoy

How to convert a WPS File Extension in other File extension


Now what is WPS?
File name.wps extension stands for Word Processing Software similar like Microsoft word document (.DOC). WPS now available totally free with all Microsoft major products. You can still use those Microsoft works files (.WPS) with little bit of effort, you need to convert it first.
Step1: First you have to open Microsoft word
            “If you don’t know how to open Microsoft word, follow these simple steps.
i) Click on Windows logo in bottom-left corner”
ii) Type ‘Microsoft Word’ in search box at bottom of start menu. 
    You will find if you have installed it
iii) Click on Microsoft word or hit enter.”
Step 2: Click on >‘File Menu’ then Click on >‘OPEN’
Step 3: Now choose the .wps file location and open it in Microsoft Word
Step 4: Click on >’File Menu’ again and click on >‘Save As’
Step 5: Now you have different option of saving the file. Microsoft Word should save it in different format what you have selected in menu like Example.doc or Example.
